In business since 1984 Katy's Inn is located in the center of La Conner, Washington, a destination for all sorts of festivals, agricultural fairs, and tourism into the San Juan islands and North Cascades, not to mention the annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. This gives the owner a huge advantage in that very little advertising is required to attain a 50% occupancy rate. An aggressive owner could do better. In 2024 the average night is bringing $175 plus tips. Training for new owners can be included.
